The Data Storytelling and Visualization workshop will introduce the foundations of effective data visualization, including why it matters, good visualization practices, and common visualization types and choices. In this hybrid format session participants will also learn how data visualization supports storytelling and audience-centered communication, followed by a live demonstration of ArcGIS Online StoryMaps for integrating data, visuals, and narrative to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
