I work with developers and product owners to create IT products which deliver value to the UT community and beyond. Working as a Scrum Master in the Agile Scrum framework, my role is to encourage inspection, adaptation, and continuous improvement. I do this via meeting facilitation, coaching, training, counseling, supporting, and advocating for my colleagues.
