Austin, TEXAS – The University of Texas Libraries, in partnership with the Office of Vice President for Research, Scholarship and Creative Endeavors, is proud to announce the Texas Open Science Summit (TOSS) to be held on September 20, 2023. TOSS is a half-day program that marks the celebration of 2023 being designated as the Year of Open Science.
The Summit is a collaborative effort between the University of Texas Libraries, HELIOS, and NASA TOPS, that aims to bring together experts from various disciplines to discuss critical topics in open science, federal government requirements for sharing research publications and data, and the importance of open science, especially for early career researchers. The event will also provide insights into open science opportunities available at The University of Texas at Austin.
